URA LLC is the parent company. URA Visual is the creative studio division of URA LLC — not a separate legal entity. URA™ and all related brand marks are owned and operated under URA LLC.

3. Copyright Notice

All photography, video, design, garment patterns and prints, packaging, logos, typography, layout, copy, and the overall look and feel of uravisual.com are the exclusive property of URA LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. No content from this site may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, broadcast, modified, or used to create derivative works for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Trademarks

URA™ is a trademark of URA LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent. The following additional brand elements are proprietary to URA LLC:

Associated taglines, slogans, and trade dress.

URA Visual is the creative studio division of URA LLC and is also a proprietary mark of URA LLC.

All other names, marks, and logos referenced on the site that are not owned by URA LLC are the property of their respective owners. References to third-party marks are nominative and do not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless expressly stated.

5. DMCA & Copyright Infringement Claims

Genuine URA products are sold exclusively through uravisual.com and authorized partners announced on our site. We reserve all rights and remedies available under law, including injunctive relief and damages.
