Shipping Policy

URA ships within the United States only at this time. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, dispatched, and delivered. International shipping is not currently offered; when we expand, we will update this page and announce it to our community.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS.
We do not ship to international addresses, freight forwarders, or third-party reshipping services. Orders placed for delivery to such addresses will be cancelled.
2. Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free U.S. ground shipping on qualifying orders. The qualifying threshold, if any, will be shown at checkout. Orders below the threshold are charged standard shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During Capsule launches, restocks, and peak retail periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times below begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order:
- Standard (USPS Ground / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days
- Overnight / Next Business Day: 1 business day, where eligible
Available methods are presented at checkout based on your address. Carriers do not guarantee delivery windows during severe weather, public emergencies, or carrier service disruptions.
5. Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
6. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. URA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you and may charge re-shipment fees.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, the carrier is responsible for the package. If your package shows delivered but has not arrived, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office;
- Contact the carrier directly to open a claim;
- Then email us at support@uravisual.com with your order number and case reference, and we will assist where possible.
If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
8. Taxes
U.S. sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where applicable. No duties or import fees apply to domestic U.S. orders.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at support@uravisual.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel it, but you may follow our return process after delivery.
