Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our chapters, select your size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. All orders are confirmed by email within 24 hours.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Email us as soon as possible at support@uravisual.com.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes. URA signature packaging is included on every order at no additional cost.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
URA ships within the United States only at this time. International shipping will be announced when we expand. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
How long does delivery take?
Standard U.S. shipping is 3–7 business days. Expedited (2–3 business days) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from order date.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Is U.S. shipping free?
Free U.S. ground shipping is available on qualifying orders. The qualifying threshold is shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I initiate a return?
Email support@uravisual.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
What items are final sale?
Limited-edition Capsule items marked as final sale, customized or made-to-order pieces, and intimates cannot be returned. The final-sale status is clearly noted on the product page.
Who pays for return shipping?
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged in transit). In those cases, return shipping is on us.

How does URA fit?
URA garments are designed with an architectural, tailored fit. Consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.
What if my size is unavailable?
Join the waitlist on the product page to be notified when your size is restocked. Each chapter is produced in limited quantities, so restocks are not guaranteed.
Product & Care
What materials does URA use?
URA sources premium performance and heritage fabrics. Our standard cotton weight is 280 GSM — significantly heavier than the 180 GSM industry standard. Full material composition is listed on each product page.
How should I care for my URA garments?
Cold machine wash or hand wash. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low heat. Full care instructions are on the garment label.
Authenticity
How do I verify my piece is authentic?
Genuine URA products are sold exclusively through uravisual.com and authorized partners announced on our site. Every limited-edition piece ships with a numbered, foil-stamped certificate of provenance.
