Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to uravisual.com and purchases from URA LLC (“URA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement or use the site with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity conducted through your account.
2. Product Information
URA aims to describe products accurately. Colors, texture, positioning, and appearance may vary reasonably because of display settings, lighting, production methods, fabric behavior, and permitted manufacturing tolerances. Measurements are approximate and may vary as disclosed. Nothing permits a materially misleading description.
3. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before purchase. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees are shown or calculated where available. You authorize URA and its payment providers to charge the amount confirmed at checkout. Obvious pricing or system errors may be corrected before fulfillment; if payment was captured for an order URA cannot honor, URA will provide notice and an appropriate refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance. URA may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, unlawful activity, shipping restrictions, or an obvious error. URA will refund amounts collected for a cancelled order as required.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
The Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Eligible returns must be requested within 14 calendar days after delivery and must satisfy all condition requirements, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with original tags attached.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or access the site through unauthorized automated means, impersonate another person, infringe rights, commit fraud, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Reasonable search-engine indexing and accessibility technologies are not prohibited.
7. Intellectual Property
The URA name, designs, text, graphics, photographs, video, logos, trade dress, and other original content are owned by or licensed to URA and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the site for personal, lawful shopping and informational purposes. No commercial reproduction, modification, distribution, resale of content, or creation of confusingly similar branding is permitted without written authorization.
8. Reviews and Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that it is truthful and lawful. You grant URA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote URA and its products. URA will not claim ownership of your content. You may request removal, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.
9. Third-Party Services
The site may use or link to Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other third parties. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply. URA is not responsible for third-party content or conduct beyond the extent imposed by law, but this clause does not excuse URA from its own obligations.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis and URA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Product and fit guidance is informational and does not replace reviewing product-specific measurements. Statutory warranties and consumer protections that cannot be disclaimed remain unaffected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, URA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or purchase of products when such damages were not reasonably foreseeable. URA’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase, except where a higher remedy is required by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, violation of non-waivable consumer rights, or any liability that applicable law prohibits from being limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse URA for reasonable losses and costs resulting directly from your unlawful use of the site, infringement of third-party rights, fraud, or material breach of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by URA’s own conduct and will be interpreted proportionately.
13. Force Majeure
URA is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruption, labor interruption, government action, conflict, epidemic, infrastructure failure, or supplier interruption. URA will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will provide cancellation or refund rights where required by law.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Virginia may hear disputes, but this provision does not deprive a consumer of mandatory rights, protections, or forums available under the law of the consumer’s residence.
15. Changes, Severability, and Entire Agreement
URA may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date and notice when required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. These Terms and incorporated policies constitute the agreement concerning the site and purchases.
